Dining options at The Oberoi Amarvilās include Bellevue, the all-day dining restaurant; Esphahan, serving specialty Indian cuisine; a Lobby Bar; the tea lounge and Pool snack bar. In-room dining is available round the clock. Bellevue offers a whole variety of Asian and Mediterranean cuisine and beverages. Esphahan is open only for Dinner, and offers specialty Indian cuisine, with a display kitchen and live classical music every night. The Lobby Bar, with its exquisite interiors and warm service, offers a wide variety of beverages, wines and liquors as well as cigars. Esphahan - The Indian Restaurant: The rich ambience of this Restaurant
crafted in red sandstone and Greek Thassos marble, recreates the vibrant
heritage and exquisite craftsmanship of the Mughal era. The cuisine is both
authentic and wide in its variety, tempting even the most fastidious gourmet.
Bar: The only Bar in the world that has a direct and uninterrupted view
of the splendid Taj Mahal, where the ambience takes you back in time to the
grandeur of the Mughal reign. Here you can experience the ultimate in luxury
with the finest of the world's beverages, from champagne and sparkling wines to
the best Scotch and Malts, accompanied by fine cigars.
